COMPENSATION
Every Goldbar Partner is on an 80/20 split until they pay a cap of $16,000 for the year.
​
Once they cap they enjoy a 100% split until the end of their anniversary year.
This cap is good in all 50 states so if an agent caps in New York for example, they would be on a 100% split in Texas & Florida as well.
